St. Patty's Day

Jim and I decided to meet up w/ bunch of our friends and attend our very first St.Patty's Day parade in Corktown ( behind the old tiger stadium). It was so cold but we were having so much fun...... everybody was dress in green and having a great time. I'm sure Jim and I will be there next year w/ even a bigger crowd...lol

March Birthdays

Since David has been recovering wonderfully, I have been able to spent some time w/ my friends. Jim and I were invited to several of our friend's childrens birthday parties....which we always find them pretty amusing. Sonya hired a clown for lucas birthday and she was wonderful w/ the kids....she always had their attention and did face painting and balloon scuplting. I was also able to help celebrate patrick's 1st b-day w/ his family and Julie and Amanda.

DIA w/ valerie

My friend Valerie and I had been getting together on most Wednesday to do different activities, while her kids are in school and i have a day off of work. We like to go shopping, checking out different restaurants, go to the movies, casino, and museums. i love our time together....we are like two little school girls, laughing all day long.

this pictures are from Detroit institute of arts, they recently remodeled and I just fell in love w/ the place. Val and I had so much fun taking pictures and goofing off.....we also finish the day off by going to Greektown casino for a little slot action and a delicious lunch.

David

As most of you know, David had a massive heart attack on Wednesday night. we will not know the extend of his damage until six weeks. he had 2 1/2 blockage out of 4 and lost a lot of oxygen to his heart. he had additional stens put in and he has been in the ICU for 2 day and will be in the recovery room for additional 2 days. David has been recovering pretty well but he is having some irregular heart rhythms so doctors has been keeping a close eye on him.

I'm amazed at how supportive everyone has been and truly appreciate all the help and prayer we have received.
